QuickDraw & CoreGraphics

ATSUI's default is only 4-bit pixel-aligned rendering. However, on Quartz context (CoreGraphics) ATSUI uses 8-bit sub-pixel rendering. Therefore, the text rendering in Safari is better than that in Firefox.
